How do I book?
Use the Check Availability search on the home page or the Rooms page, pick your dates and guests, then send a booking request. Steve reviews every request personally and confirms by email — nothing is charged until your booking is confirmed.
How much does it cost?
US$125 per room per night plus 17% ABST (Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax). You'll always see the full total before you confirm. Booking direct here means no platform fees — the best available rate.
How do I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed you'll receive payment instructions by email — bank transfer or card. A deposit may be requested for peak dates.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, the first night is charged.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. We use self check-in with a keyless door code, so late arrivals are no problem.
Are the rooms identical?
Yes — all six rooms are modern one-bedroom units with the same layout, full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and smart TV. Room numbers are assigned by the host on arrival.
How many people can stay?
Each room sleeps up to two guests. Infants under two stay free and don't count toward occupancy. Booking multiple rooms for a group is easy — just choose how many you need.
Where exactly is JPA Complex?
Bellevue Estate, on Antigua's north side — about 10 minutes from V.C. Bird International Airport and a short drive to the north-west coast beaches. The property is gated with secure parking.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Yes — free gated parking on site and fast Wi-Fi in every room, suitable for remote work.
Can I book through Airbnb instead?
You can, but you'll pay Airbnb's service fees. Booking direct on this site is always the best rate, and our calendars stay in sync so availability is accurate either way.
