Your booking

JPA Complex offers six identical one-bedroom rooms. When you book, you reserve a number of rooms for your dates — specific room numbers are assigned by the host on arrival.

A booking is confirmed once the host has reviewed and accepted your request. You will receive written confirmation and payment instructions; nothing is charged at the time of request.

Rates and tax

The standard rate is US$125 per room per night. All rates are subject to the Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax (ABST) at 17%, shown separately before you confirm.

Rates are quoted and charged in US dollars.

Payment

Payment instructions (bank transfer or card) are sent once your booking is confirmed. A deposit may be requested to secure peak-season dates; the balance is due before or on arrival as instructed.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days of check-in, the first night is charged. No-shows are charged in full.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in with a keyless door code is standard; early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.

Occupancy and guests

Each room sleeps up to two guests (adults and children); infants under two stay free and do not count toward occupancy. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

House rules and liability

Our house rules (no smoking indoors, no parties, quiet hours) form part of these terms. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. JPA Complex is not liable for loss of personal belongings; the property is gated and monitored.
